After months of testing and data logging, Warren Diesel Injection has introduced their DIY (Do It Yourself) 6.7L Powerstroke 55% over injection pump barrel and plunger kit. This kit includes everything you need for the DIY install including barrel, plunger bolts, hats, & o-rings.
You will have to remove your injection pump in order to change the barrels and plungers. Just to reiterate, this is a DIY kit. We will be offering this as a service in the future. These have been tested on the 6.7L Powerstroke injection pumps, with a 2.6 pulse width tune and this pump never dropped any rail pressure.

Per Warren Diesel Injection, cores are due within 30 days or a deduction in core credit is given. Make yourself familiar with their core policy prior to purchasing.
