Shipping & Returns


Snyder Performance Engineering (SPE) makes every effort to ship all orders of in-stock items within 48 hours of the order being processed. Orders are not processed during weekends and holidays. Time is transit is only an estimate unless a guaranteed service is selected. SPE provides the fastest, most affordable shipping options available. International orders containing an out-of-stock item will be held until the complete shipment can be fulfilled. International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes not included in the transit costs. SPE utilizes UPS & USPS to ship domestic orders. All international orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. Domestic and International shipping rates can be viewed in the checkout screen prior to completing the order process.  All delivery methods will be delivered by 3 p.m. to most commercial U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas; and by 8 p.m. to residential addresses. For more information, please contact SPE at 724-520-4773.

SPE is always looking at improving our service to our customers. We have tried to list every country on our website however if your country is not listed please send us an email at and we will review including your country and get back with you.



Returns must transpire within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Freight charges must be pre-paid prior to returning. All returns must be pre-approved by SPE. The parts will be inspected by SPE and if in satisfactory condition, we will issue a credit. A 20% restocking charge will be charged on all returns due to customer error or any problems not caused by SPE. Absolutely no returns on custom built or special ordered items. Before refusing or returning any product, please call customer service (724-520-4773) and make prior arrangements. An authorization number must be issued to receive any form of compensation for the return.



SPE recommends contacting us before placing any order to review inventory and ETA if not in stock.

Part inventory changes by the minute. We check all warehouses & our dealer network to find the closest inventory to your location to get your parts to you as fast as we can.

In some cases your order may not be in-stock and will need to be placed on backorder. We will notify you via email a estimated ETA as quickly as possible.

Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.

If you place an order with SPE and choose to cancel your order before receiving your parts, SPE will refund your order minus a 5% cancellation processing fee.
