I should have read the reviews before purchasing.
The transmission pan does not fit correctly on my 2015 F250. Sides of the pan contact the transmission filter and shift solenoid when installing. I unfortunately forced it into place and threaded the hardware in by hand with a hex drive and ratchet until i felt resistance. The misalignment of the pan caused damage to the threads on the transmission. I now have to remove the pan, re-tap and Heli coil the transmission and fix the interference so that I can reinstall it. I will go with Mishimoto next time. SPE needs to fix their product and update their instructions.

Great look. I like the extra fluid capacity

Very sturdy built pan fit and finish is spot on. I like that this pan kit relocates the filter low in the pan as it should be. It also retains the factory magnetic. Very well thought out. Great product overall.

Love everything about this pan. I've installed it twice since I got it before the valve upgrade. My only issue was the filter that I bought. The crimps on my filter were the issue. NOT SPE. Love the added volume and ease of draining!

Super easy putting it on and everything fit. My transmission is now running cooler.

This pan is a game changer. Truck runs cooler and looks good under the truck. Install was super easy.

4 stars for being complete pain to install. Had issues with the holes not lining up. I found the driver side of the pan was contacting the valve body. Absolutely could not get the bolts in. I had to clearance 1/8" of the flange and pan wall to get it to bolt up. Even with clearing, it was still tight. I think spe should machine the inside of the pan 3/16" on each side to have clearance of the valve body. I noticed another review claiming an issue with the bolt holes not lining up. Overall, happy with it. It's installed and looks good

I’ve read the other reviews about guys having trouble getting the holes to line up and i too had that issue at first. The pan is built so thick and strong that it actually rubs on the driver side filter mount tab. I filed a little over an 1/8 inch off the plastic filter tab and it created some room for a clean install. Great pan overall, just remember to shave the filter a bit otherwise you are not going to get it mounted

Love the capacity increase and the looks. I was afraid it would stick way low under neath but it lines up about with the stock oil pan. The mount holes are super precise so it is tough to get it started but a soft padded floor jack or an extra set of hands makes it easier to get lined up and started.

Well for one having another pair of hands would be nice. The pan gets 4 stars because I the holes of the pan did not line up with the transmission holes. I got worried for a second and had to finesse the pan and cinch on some bolts to get the pan sit flush. But overall the work on the pan is simple. Took more time to do that than the oil cooler and lines. But after a 25 min drive and a warm up in 55° weather the trans temp trailed oil temp by nearly 40°

First SPE item I've not rated at a '5' due to the threading of magnet hold down.
Threads pulled out when tightening with a short t-handle.
Had to source a longer bolt to grab new threads.
Everything else is on point as usual.

Solidly built!

When I received the pan I was surprised how thick it was. I guess it will take a few hits while off-roading. After the install I took it for a drive and I am running around 20 degrees cooler, but it was in the morning and still under 100 degrees here in Arizona. I will have to see what the difference is next time I pull my trailer. Overall very impressive pan to say the least.

I love it. This thing is bullet proof. I was shocked at how well built it was. I love the fact that it moves the screen lower in the pan to get to the cooler fluid. It was easy enough to install and will be testing it in a couple of weeks when I pull my 28' trailer from Michigan to Pennsylvaina.

Solid piece can't wait to put it on with the line kit.

So much better than stock. No more RTV, leaks etc and it looks sweet too!

It's refreshing to collaborate with a company that prioritizes honesty and transparency, providing factual information for informed decision-making rather than employing sales tactics.

Awesome, it really is great. I did have to go to hardware store to buy shorter bolts for the pan which sucked but fit finish is excellent.

I would suggest running a tap with some lube through the holes prior to installing. The bolts that come with the pan seem to go about 1/8 of an inch deeper than the stock bolts. I had several get stuck before getting tight. It was mainly on the thur holes on the sides. You guys could add this to instructions. Looks good works great no leaks and nice to have the extra oil capacity.

Quick install very happy with the turn out. What a mess with the stock pan no drain plug gotta be patient. Im noticing lower temperature when towing. Thank you again for a great product. Saving for the fuel filter relocation next.

Finally got the Transmission/oil pan installed along with high flow oil cooler, high flow Thermostat and CCV delete! Pretty sure the old girls happy!! Great products and I can’t wait to add more.

Great products and so many parts purchased I still need to install on the power stroke!! Many more updates to come soon!!

The trans pan along with their valve body allows for low operating trans temps along with plenty of lubrication. Daily driving I am seeing temps between 100-120* with winter temperatures. The quality in SPE products is outstanding. The fitment and finish of the products are flawless will little to no difficulty during installs. The instructions are clear and concise and give detailed direction on the necessary steps for a successful install. I will continue to purchase and support SPE products.

Oil pan works great and looks even better! Thanks SPE team!
