Latrobe, PA
Full time

We’re a car enthusiast, aftermarket parts manufacturer run by a husband & wife team who love all things automotive. As our business continues to grow we have been afforded the opportunity to hire some of the best team members & are looking for more.

We have just recently expanded into a 63,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility in Latrobe, PA, just down the road from the Steelers’ training camp. This is where all of the R&D, manufacturing, assembly, & shipping of all of our products happens. We also house a full fabrication shop that specializes in roll cages, headers, & turbo kits.

We’re a friendly bunch who love no-prep racing, car shows, cars & coffee events, & sh*t talking each other (it’s all in fun, but if you’re sensitive, this may not be the place for you). We really do like to have fun, but we also like to get our work done & take pride in what we do. If this sounds like you, you’ll love working with us.

Is this job a little stressful? Maybe! But aren’t most jobs? Let’s look at the pros though:

  • You’ll get to be around awesome cars & car people all day. This is seriously a “do what you love kind of job”.
  • Sweet compensation package – a fair wage & the potential for commission plus a nice benefits package (Fridays & weekends off, health insurance benefits, 401k with matching– not too shabby)
  • VIP access to events, races, etc.
  • Fairly easy job to learn and do well- this should come easy to a car guy/gal like yourself
  • Steady daytime shift hours, full-time job with a consistent schedule

  • Focus and attention to detail: the ability to stay on task and razor-sharp attention to detail.
  • Patience & empathy: you will need to be patient & empathetic with customers. This job will require the ability to listen to a customer complaint calmly without showing negative emotion in response, even when the situation is challenging. You’ll need to put yourself in the customer’s shoes & provide a resolution to their problem.
  • Internal motivation: you always do your best. You set goals for yourself and make sure to hit them. You are always trying to improve.
  • Ability to commit core procedures to memory: we’ll provide copious amounts of training to start, but the right candidate for this position should be more or less autonomous and able to work without close supervision after about a month on the job.

  • Casual dress code . You can really wear just about anything you want here. Wearing jeans and sneakers are pretty typical attire. You’ll also receive free branded apparel to represent.
  • Fridays off
  • Free access to racing events & car shows
  • Discounted merchandise from our product lines
  • Health Care Benefits
