We’re a car-obsessed, aftermarket parts manufacturer run by a husband and wife team who eat, sleep, and breathe performance. As our business continues to grow, we’ve been fortunate to build a team of passionate, hardworking people—and now we’re looking for more.

Our home base is a brand new 63,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility in Latrobe, PA, just down the road from Steelers training camp. It’s where all of our R&D, manufacturing, assembly, and shipping happens in-house. We also have a full fabrication shop that builds roll cages, headers, turbo kits—you name it.

ABOUT THE TEAM

We’re the kind of crew that lives for no-prep racing, weekend car meets, and just the right amount of shop banter. If you’re into cars and can handle a little friendly trash talk, you’ll fit right in. We take our work seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Work hard, have fun—that’s the vibe.

THE ROLE: ENTRY-LEVEL CNC OPERATOR

This is a hands-on role in our CNC machining division. You’ll work directly on the production floor helping to keep machines running and parts flowing.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Deburring finished parts
• Swapping out tooling and loading raw material
• Performing light machine maintenance and cleaning
• Supporting the machine shop with general shop tasks
• Following basic inspection procedures to verify quality
• Learning on the job with opportunity to grow into a skilled machinist role

REQUIREMENTS

• No CNC experience required—we’ll train you
• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Must be reliable and take pride in your work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn are key
