ABOUT US:

Hey there! We're SPE Motorsport, and guess what? We’re crazy about cars. Founded by a kickass husband and wife duo, we’re in the business of making cool aftermarket parts for vehicles. We're expanding like crazy, and we've just moved into this huge 63,000 sq ft spot in Latrobe, PA. If you’re a Steelers fan, you’ll be stoked to know we’re right near their training camp. Everything from dreaming up new parts, making them, to shipping them off, happens here. Oh, and we build some rad stuff like roll cages and turbo kits in our shop, too.

ABOUT OUR TEAM:

Our crew? We’re all about no-prep racing, hanging at car shows, and grabbing coffee together. We do enjoy some friendly banter and jabs here and there (don’t worry, it's all in good fun), but hey, if you're the sensitive type, we might be a bit much. We love a good laugh, but when it’s time to hustle, we’re all business. If this sounds like your vibe, we can’t wait to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO:

As our new Customer Service Rep & Receptionist:

Receptionist Duties:

• Greet everyone with a smile (or a nod, we're cool either way).
• Guide folks to where they need to go or who they need to talk to.
• Answer calls and get them to the right ears.
• Keep the front desk looking decent, and stocked with the usual stuff.

Customer Service Tasks:

• Answer queries, whether it’s a call, email, or someone dropping by.
• Give the 411 on our products and what we offer.
• Sort out any returns or swaps and keep our peeps happy.
• Keep track of these chats and orders, so we know what's what.

Extra Jazz:

• Dive into planning some kickass corporate functions.
• Keep our merch table looking fresh and well-stocked.
• Coordinate those all-important shipment deliveries.
• Help our customers with "order pick-ups," ensuring it's a smooth handover.
• This COULD be a remote position for the right candidate
