ABOUT US:

We’re a car enthusiast, aftermarket parts manufacturer run by a husband & wife team who love all things automotive. As our business continues to grow, we have been afforded the opportunity to hire some of the best team members & are looking for more. 

We have just recently expanded into a 63,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility in Latrobe, PA, just down the road from the Steelers’ training camp. This is where all of the R&D, manufacturing, assembly, & shipping of all of our products happens. We also house a full fabrication shop specializing in roll cages, headers, & turbo kits. 

ABOUT OUR TEAM: 

We’re a friendly bunch who love no-prep racing, car shows, cars & coffee events, & sh*t talking each other (it’s all in fun, but if you’re sensitive, this may not be the place for you). We really do like to have fun, but we also like to get our work done & take pride in what we do. If this sounds like you, you’ll love working with us. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO ALL DAY?

• Assemble products in their various kits (i.e. packaging air intakes)
• Package finished products & organize them for shipment

So here’s the deal: If you would love to work where you can be left alone all day, you are gonna LOVE this job. Tasks are fairly solitary and not terribly difficult. If you can follow directions and pay attention to what you’re doing, you should be able to handle this job. The job does require being on your feet for the shift and it does necessitate sometimes picking up moderately heavy boxes of inventory (up to 50 lbs).

Hours are 7am- 5pm, Monday through Thursday, but we are willing to consider a 5-day workweek option as well. 

KEY TRAITS WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN SUITABLE CANDIDATES:

• Focus, the ability to stay on task without needing to be prodded, and razor-sharp attention to detail.
• Punctuality & reliability
• Internal motivation: you always do your best. You set goals for yourself and make sure to hit them. You are always trying to improve.
• Attention to detail: being able to easily tell the parts, hardware, etc. apart, and recognizing subtle differences in similar-looking products

DON’TS OF THIS JOB:

• Engage in idle chitchat, we are all legit busy. We will talk to you but we’ve gotta work at the same time. 
• Be inattentive. If you’re not a detail-obsessed perfectionist, this job is not for you.
• Fail to show up for work without legitimate reason. This is a business and we expect you to be here when you are scheduled to work, unless you have a legitimate reason for not being able to come to work. Want a day off for leisure or vacation? Please just schedule vacation time 1-2 weeks in advance like an adult.

DO’S OF THIS JOB

• Wear sneakers, jeans, or whatever — we don’t care what you wear. 
• Listen to your favorite podcasts or music on the clock. We know this job isn’t rocket science. Savor the alone time with repetitive tasks like building boxes & bagging hardware.
• Your job. If you do what you are supposed to do, you will literally never hear from us, unless it is to announce that we brought you donuts and/or pizza.
